IRIS Foundation is a Tanzania-based non-profit organization committed to giving every newborn the best possible start in life. We work to address the challenges surrounding birth asphyxia, a leading cause of newborn mortality and disability, by fostering healthier beginnings for children and hope for families. Guided by compassion and driven by evidence-based solutions, we strive to create lasting change that uplifts communities and shapes brighter futures.

Center Establishment

Renting and equipping a child-friendly rehabilitation in Tanzania

Staffing

Hiring qualified physiotherapist, occupational therapists, Speech therapists and Pediatrician.

Therapy Programs

Daily therapy sessions tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Family Support Programs

Counseling, training workshops for parents and guardians.

Outreach and Education

Public campaigns and hospital partnership programs to raise awareness.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Regular tracking of progress and assessment of therapy outcomes.
